Hilton, the renowned hospitality giant (NYSE: HLT), is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia with the unveiling of Hilton Dammam Airport, a landmark airport hotel that marks the brand’s inaugural venture in the country’s aviation sector. This 273-key property will be developed in partnership with Al Musbah Group and Damman Airports Company (DACO), signifying a strategic collaboration to enhance the region’s hospitality landscape.

Set to redefine the concept of airport hospitality, Hilton Dammam Airport promises an elevated guest experience with its contemporary and spacious accommodations. Notably, the hotel will boast a unique feature—an exclusive skywalk connection directly linked to the terminal building at King Fahd International Airport. This airport is recognized as one of Saudi Arabia’s busiest, catering to nearly 10 million passengers annually. The strategic positioning of Hilton Dammam Airport ensures seamless accessibility for travelers and underscores its commitment to providing exceptional convenience.

Positioned at the crossroads of Dammam City Centre, Dharan, Khobar, and nearby Bahrain, Hilton Dammam Airport stands as a gateway to not only the airport but also to prominent regional destinations. Its strategic placement facilitates easy exploration and connectivity, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

With King Fahd International Airport serving as a pivotal hub for Saudia Airlines, Aramco Aviation, and FlyNas, Hilton Dammam Airport emerges as an integral asset within this aviation ecosystem. The airport facilitates flights to over 70 international destinations via more than 50 airlines. Additionally, it houses a dedicated Saudi Aramco terminal, an Oxford-authorized training center, a distinguished aviation academy, and a robust cargo village.

The hotel’s offerings encompass an array of well-appointed accommodations, including 273 guest rooms, junior suites, and expansive one and two-bedroom suites. Alongside this, Hilton Dammam Airport features an all-day dining restaurant with an inviting outdoor terrace, a café, an outdoor pool complemented by an adjacent café, and modern fitness facilities. The hotel harmonizes business and leisure, providing an array of amenities that cater to diverse preferences.

For business travelers, Hilton Dammam Airport introduces state-of-the-art meeting facilities, including multiple meeting rooms and an executive lounge designed to accommodate up to 90 individuals. This infrastructure creates a conducive environment for productive meetings and networking opportunities.

With a robust footprint in Saudi Arabia, currently comprising 16 hotels, Hilton’s expansion vision remains ambitious. The brand envisions the unveiling of more than 50 new hotels, encompassing 10 of its renowned brands, within the Kingdom. This expansion thrust consolidates Saudi Arabia as Hilton‘s most substantial pipeline market within the EMEA region. Noteworthy projects include the debut of novel brands like LXR Hotels & Resorts, Canopy by Hilton, Embassy Suites by Hilton, and Hampton by Hilton. The ultimate goal is to grow the brand’s Saudi portfolio to encompass over 75 properties, showcasing Hilton’s commitment to elevating the hospitality landscape in the Kingdom in the years to come.
